Zusammenfassung: | The system is for reinsertion in a further processing machine and/or ejection on belt, which can already accept the workpiece with the opening of the mould and remove from the machine. In a favourable case, already the mould can be reclosed, before reaching the position "mould open" to minimise the moulding standstill times. The system includes the following assemblies at the removal unit. A removal measuring unit e.g. ultrasound, laser, magnetic field, electric field, radar or similar, determines the distance between the workpiece and the handling or robot system hand flange (1). In order to travel to the workpiece or to remove it, a gripper pressure element facilitates a movement of the gripper compared to the handling system/robot. A pneumatic or hydraulic cylinder applies pressure. Also included is a parallelogram with spring and rubber buffers or similar. |
