Zusammenfassung: | The outer pipe (2) is corrugated (5) at one end to leave a groove (6) inside and is additionally cylindrically expanded (3) at the one end, the inner pipe (4) being inserted to leave a gap (8,9) between the two preferably round pipes. The width of the gap amounts to 0.05-0.25 mm and the gap has an adhesive layer (7) either side of the groove (6), preferably in the form of a ring of hot-melt glue spread out to the two sides of the groove when heated from outside. Otherwise the adhesive layer can consist of an anaerobic adhesive which sets by the catalytic effect of the pipe metal when sealed from air. Another variant provided for a ring of solder which is spread over the gap by imported heat and capillary forces. Gap (8) lies between the end of the outer pipe (2) in the solder groove, as inserted by soldering and capillary effect or finally a sealing ring is installed in the groove (6) and the outer pipe in this case pressed onto the inner pipe to one side of the groove. |
