Zusammenfassung:The gas turbine includes secondary measures for reducing unwanted nitrogen oxide in the exhaust gases generated by burning fossil fuel. The surfaces in contact with the exhaust gases are coated with a catalytically active material (38). Pref. the catalytically active coating is also applied to the surfaces of the turbine blades (40) and to the exhaust gas outlet (42). Nickel-chromium cermet or aluminium silicate may be used as a coating, and the coating may have a different chemical composition in the gas flow direction for matching the reducing exhaust gas temp.
