Zusammenfassung:	The viscosity measuring system uses the time taken for a defined fluid or smelt quantity to flow through a restricted discharge opening (14) at the base of a housing (1).The discharge opening is provided as a slit with a central rotatable adapter (7) enclosed by a surrounding shell (8) used to provide a rotational shear force perpendicular to the discharge, with measurement of the adapter rotation and the friction moment for calculation of two perpendicular viscosities.
