Beschreibung
Zusammenfassung:	Electric generator modules (M1-Mn) and a peak-load boiler (28) are connected to a hot-water storage tank (24) through which the water descends. The hot water supplied to loads including a heat extractor (20) and an emergency cooler (16) returns at lower temp to traverse the tank in the opposite direction. The direction of net flow depends upon the balance of heat prodn and consumption and is signalled by temp sensors (T1-T4) at different levels in the tank to a station controller (10) which compares measurements taken at 30-sec intervals and switches the emergency cooler in and out as necessary.
