Compared to known solutions containing sulphuric acid (esters), solutions are more stable, have higher dye concentration and are less corrosive. 36 g methylene blue are mixed with 42 g water and 42 g p-toluenesulphonic acid and filtered; final solution contains 30% dye stuff. |
