An anti-dermatophytosic composition comprises from 0.1% to 50% by weight of 3-(pmethylbenzylideneamino)-4-phenylthiazoline-2 - thione as active ingredient, in admixture with a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier therefor. A solubilising and stabilising agent such as one or more carboxylic acid esters and/or C 10 -C 30 fatty acids may be present and phenolic antioxidants, aliphatic amines and carboxylic acids having at most 10 carbon atoms may also be present.
