| Zusammenfassung: | The initiating device is used for an electrical igniter, especially for igniters of mines of all kinds such as antipersonnel mines and flat mines. A bifilar flexible triggering cable is provided which is arranged across the triggering zone. One of its ends (1a) and a semiconductor such as thyristor (4) are connected in series with electrical power source (8). The semiconductor becomes conductive when the bifilar conductor is interrupted and the charge is exploded. A resistor (6) is fitted between positive terminal (7) of the power source and the control electrode of the thyristor. Both wires of triggering cable are connected to the cathode or control electrode of thyristor. |
