Zusammenfassung:	Paper is produced from 2 types of fibre, i.e. adhesive cellulose fibres and uniformly distributed, less adhesive, stiffened cellulose fibres, containing not 7 wt. % stiffening, cross-linking agent, which can further stiffen these fibres. Paper may be crimped, opt. after curing with cross-linking agent. Cross-linking agent can be made insoluble in water, whilst retaining latent cross-linking capacity, by keeping 1-48 hr. at 4-60 degrees C. This paper has improved absorptivity and resistance to compression when wet and retains crimp after wetting.
