Zusammenfassung: | Winding for stators or rotors of electric motors comprises an insulated wire (which may be insulated by one or more layers of polyester, polyesterimide, polyimide-amide, polyimidazole, polyimide or the like) which has a temperature of over 300 deg.C when short-circuited between two conductors that intersect at right angles, and which heats up at a rate of 2 to 3 deg.C/min when under 100 V a.c. and under a load of 200 g at the point of intersection, said winding being bonded in a mixture containing an epoxy resin (mol. wt >800) as main component and a curing agent that is not based on an acid anhydride. The binder does not swell or peel off at temps. below the softening temp. of the coating of the wire;. |
