Conveyor belt mounting - has belts suspended by central members between sections with folding supports at sides

The mounting is particularly for use with a number of conveyor belts one above the other and it is divided into parallel sections; it is used e.g. in high-output sheet metal transverse shearing installations. The belts are suspended or supported between the sections by central members, which are equipped on both sides with auxiliary supports folding on the frame and having quick-action securing devices. The design allows easy changing of belts when worn, without the use of a crane, as the supports may be quickly removed. The belts may run horizontally or may run up and down gradients.
