In a connection, as described in the parent Specification, in which each connector contact is in the form of a flat strip 4 having a spring tongue 14 bent back over the strip at an acute angle, and which mates with an identical connector, the upstanding sides 20 of the strip are bent over to form ears 22 (Fig. 4) which prevent overstressing of the spring tongue 14 towards the strip.
