[Also in Group XXV] A pneumatic toy comprises a hollow body 1 having an air inlet pipe 3 and a detachable part 2, each of the joint faces has a small hole 4, 41 formed centrally therein so that air can pass from the body to the detachable part when the body and part are joined together, one of the joint faces being formed with an annular rib 5a surrounding the small central hole therein and disposed intermediate the hole and the periphery of the joint face, the other of the joint faces being formed with an annular groove 8 surrounding the small central hole therein so that the rib can engage in the groove to enable the detachable part to be coupled to the toy body in a rotatable and air-tight manner. The body has a central, apertured, boss 5 and two annular ribs 5a, 5b which engage in the hole 41 and interengage with the ribs 7, 7a. The apertured boss 15 on the part 2, Fig. 3, may have a rib 151 which engages in a recess 161 in a rib 16 of the body 1. The part 2 may have an apertured projection 26 which fits in a recess provided by an annular rib 25 on the body.
