Zusammenfassung:	A fastening device (1) for the form-fit fastening of a first sheet-like material is described, with two legs, namely a first leg (2) and a second leg (3), with which the sheet-like material, seen in lateral cross section, can be engaged around in a U shape by means of a first predetermined bending portion (5) about a first predetermined bending axis (6), with a latching device (9) with a first latching lug (10), which is formed on the first leg, perpendicularly to the longitudinal side of the first leg (2), and the second leg (3) has a first latching cutout (11) for latching in the latching device (9), wherein the latching device (9) and the latching cutout (11) are each arranged at the same distance (A) from the first predetermined bending axis (6).
