Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to an EMC filter device (1) for power electronics of an electric machine, comprising an electric conductor structure (2), at least one capacitor (3a, 3b) that is coupled to the conductor structure (2), and at least one inductor (4a, 4b) that cooperates with the conductor structure (2), the conductor structure (2) having at least two separate conducting layers (6a, 6b) that are insulated from one another; furthermore, a cover (27) is provided which at least partly shields the conductor structure (2) from the surroundings, said cover (27) being equipped with an EMC seal (28). The invention also relates to a power electronics module (20) comprising said EMC filter device (1).
