Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to a system (1) comprising a central resupply centre (3) and at least one local order processing centre (2), wherein the central resupply centre (3) is connected to the at least one local order processing centre (2) by means of a superordinate product and order management system (4) for the purpose of exchanging information and by means of at least one means of transport for the purpose of exchanging flows of material, wherein the superordinate product and order management system (4) is configured to handle end customer orders (10a) and to control the supply of flows of material to the local order processing centre (2) by means of resupply from the central resupply centre (3). In order to specifically consider the logistical requirements of the respective local order processing centre (2) in the central resupply centre (3) already and to allow replenishment that matches the flow of material of the respective local order processing centre (2), the central resupply centre (3) comprises an automated, in particular fully automated, palletizing apparatus by means of which a mixed resupply pallet (8) is able to be produced on the basis of the information transmitted by means of the superordinate product and order management system (4), and the at least one local order processing centre (2) comprises an automated, in particular fully automated, packing station (15) by means of which the mixed resupply pallet (8) is able to be packed.
