Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to a method and a device for spreading a plurality of yarns in a plurality of winding points on a winding machine, in which the yarns are removed from a stationary suction device after being spun out of a plurality of spinnerets and are transported to a waste container, guided together as a yarn sheet. The aim of the invention is to keep the operating costs as low as possible. To this end, a guiding means and a lower stationary suction device are provided beneath the spool pin of the winding machine, the yarn sheet being seized by a guiding means in a yarn section before entering the suction device and supplied to the lower stationary suction device as a thread loop.
