The invention relates to a transmission which comprises a drive element for providing a rotational drive movement, an output element for carrying out an output movement relative to the drive element in a manner which is dependent on the rotational drive movement, a first coupling arrangement which is assigned to the drive element, and a second coupling arrangement which is assigned to the output element, wherein a coupling arrangement comprises a magnet arrangement, and another coupling arrangement comprises a superconductor arrangement, and the drive element and the output element are coupled to one another in a manner which transmits force contactlessly on account of a magnetic interaction of the coupling arrangements, with the result that the rotational drive movement is converted into the output movement.
