Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to a method for producing stabilisers (2), wherein a stabiliser blank undergoes several machining steps, i.e. solidifying shaping processes of the end area (4) and producing recesses in the end areas (4). According to the invention, the two end areas (4) of the stabiliser base body (2'), which are pre-curved in the cold state, are warmed simultaneously and both of the warmed end areas (4) are simultaneously subjected to a solidifying shaping process and recesses are produced simultaneously in the unformed end areas, and at least one calibration of the recesses is carried out.
