[Also in Group XXIII] Pliers having crimping dies 30, 32 for crimping electrical connectors to conductors are provided with insulation cutting and stripping means. The edges of the handle 46 and link 52 which abut when the handles are closed have cutting surfaces 56a, 56b which will cut into the insulation of a wire positioned between them. The insulation can then be stripped by pulling the wire out of the insulation which is retained by the abutting edges of the handle and link.
