Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to a novel method for induction of immunological tolerance in a mammal with embryonic pluripotent progenitor cells (EPPC) via the formation of a new basis of immunocompetent cells with simultaneous de novo installation of the control system for the antigenic homeostasis (Kukharchuk-Radchenko-Sirman effect). This method can be used for allo- and xenotransplantation of organs and tissues and for treatment of various diseases.
