Zusammenfassung: | The circuit device uses a unipolar transistor, e.g. a positive metal-oxide-silicon transistor (99) with a drain terminal (1), a source terminal (2), a control terminal (3) and a bulk terminal (4). The control terminals (11,21) for 2 controlled paths (T1,T2) are coupled to the source terminal of the transistor, with first terminals (12,22) of the controlled paths coupled to the control terminal and the bulk terminal of the transistor respectively and second terminals (13,23) of the controlled paths coupled to the drain terminal of the transistor. An independent claim for a voltage regulator with electrostatic discharge protection is also included. |
