Composite (I) comprises: (a) at least one thin substrate (TS) having less than 0.3 mm thickness and a top side as well as an under side; and (b) a carrier substrate (CS) having a top side and an underside, where TS is releasably bound to CS, and at least the top side of CS has a fine structuring (FS) such that open, infinitesimal cavities having a depth of less than 100 microns are provided.
