Zusammenfassung: | Medical or dental hand instrument (1) has a longitudinal shaft (3) made of electrically insulating material in the forward region of which is at least one electrical load (4) that is connected to an electrical power source via two electrical leads (46, 47). The leads are formed from an electrically conducting layer that is divided into two separate conducting strips (46a, 47a) that are formed by erosion of the conducting layer. An independent claim is made for a method of manufacture for a medical or dental hand instrument with at least one electrically activated tool or instrument element. Conducting leads on the shaft are formed by deposition of an electrically conducting layer over an isolated shaft substrate and then erosion of an area of the conducting layer to form two conducting leads.
Die Erfindung betrifft ein medizinisches oder dentalmedizinisches Handstück 1 mit einem aus elektrisch isolierendem Material bestehenden länglichen Schaft 3, in dessen vorderen Bereich wenigstens ein elektrischer Verbraucher 4 angeordnet ist, welcher über zwei an dem Handstück 1 vorgesehene elektrische Leiter 46, 47 mit einer elektrischen Stromquelle verbindbar ist. Um den Schichtauftrag der Leiter zu vereinfachen, ist eine auf den Schaft 3 aufgetragene elektrisch leitende Schicht, die zur Bildung der Leiter 46, 47 durch Materialabtragung in zwei voneinander isolierende Schichtsstreifen 46a, 47a geteilt. |
