Front end structure for vehicle e.g. light car, has hood with hood stopper that collides with stopper surface of top beam during hood closing operation

A hood (30) is installed at the upper end of a carrier (10) which is fixed to the front end of a vehicle body. The carrier has a top beam (12) that is integrated and horizontally projects from the upper end of a pillar (11). The hood has a hood stopper (31) that collides with the stopper surface (12a) of the top beam during closing operation of the hood. In einer Frontendenkonstruktion eines Fahrzeugs ist eine Stoßfläche (12a), mit der ein Motorhaubenstopper (31) zusammenstößt, an einem oberen Balken (12) eines Trägers (10) vorgesehen, und ein Stützteil (11) ist an einer Unterseite der Stoßfläche (12a) in dem Träger (10) angeordnet. Deshalb kann ein großes Biegungsmoment in dem oberen Balken (12) verhindert werden, wenn der Motorhaubenstopper (31) mit der Stoßfläche (12a) zusammenstößt. Demgemäß kann, selbst wenn eine große Stoßkraft beim Schließen einer Motorhaube (30) bewirkt wird, eine Beschädigung, wie beispielsweise ein Riss in dem Träger (10), verhindert werden. Als Ergebnis kann die Frontendenkonstruktion des Fahrzeugs einfach gemacht sein, und die Herstellkosten des Fahrzeugs können reduziert werden.
