Zusammenfassung:	The apparatus for application of an image reproducible coating to a substrate comprises at least one spray nozzle and at least one wash nozzle which form an integral unit, are pointed towards the substrate, and are joinable to sources respectively of a coating material, and a pressurized washing fluid. Independent claims are also included for (a) (a) an apparatus for production and recycling of a printing surface (b) (b) a spray nozzle unit for coating a substrate with an image reproducible material (c) (c) a method for coating a printing substrate (d) (d) a method for recovery of washing fluid (e) (e) a wash nozzle system for removal of residues from a printing surface (f) (f) a method for removal of residues from a printing surface Ein Sprühdüsensystem ist zur Aufbringung abbildbarer Materialien auf Substrate geeignet. Das System kann für die Vorort-Herstellung lithographischer Druckoberflächen zur Verwendung beim Drucken verwendet werden. Eine Waschdüse und ein Vakuumanschluss sind mit der Sprühdüse integriert zur Verwendung beim Reinigen der Druckrückstände von einer verwendeten Druckoberfläche in der Vorbereitung eines nachfolgenden Druckauftrags. Die integrierte Düsenanordnung ist bei Beschichtungs- und Reinigungsvorgängen verwendbar, die entweder mit Presse oder ohne Presse durchgeführt werden können, und die Wiederverwendung eines einzelnen Drucksubstrats in einer Vielzahl von Druckaufträgen wird ermöglicht.
