The foamed layer is produced by mixing a powder of several components and the mixture (1) thus formed is rolled together with the metallic layer(s) and later optionally formed and foamed, whereby the mixed powder (1) is placed in a container (7) which is sealed and evacuated after filling with the powder (1) and subjected to at least one external pressure effect in total which produces a composite.
