Zusammenfassung:	A method for detection/location of mobile RF devices, such as mobilephones involves a direction finder (DF) with integrated device for time comparison and which is synchronized with the base station and compares the point in time of the arrival of the burst from the mobilephone at the direction finder (DF) with the point in time of the arrival of the burst from the mobilephone at the base station and with this comparison, the possible position of the mobilephone at points along a line is limited and by direction finding (DF) of the direction of the mobilephone, the location of the mobilephone is determined as the intersection of the DF beam with the line. Independent claims are included for (a) a device for carrying out the method and (B) a system for detection of mobile RF devices by DF.
