The arrangement for the fastening of a pipe or hose (14) to a mounting, has at least two bendable flexible plates. At least two of the plates extend at right angles to one another, and one (18) of the plates has a C-form or hook-form construction. The fastening arrangement may include at least three flexible plates, of which the two outer lying plates (16,20) are in wing form and the center plate C-shaped or hook-shaped. The fastening arrangement is constructed in one piece with the mounting upon which the pipe or hose component is to be held and this mounting is the bumper (10) of a motor vehicle. An Independent claim is included for the bumper system of a motor vehicle equipped with the proposed fastening arrangement.
