Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to an injection valve having servo valve control, comprising an injector body (20), which has an injection nozzle, which has a nozzle module (150) having a nozzle body (160) and has a nozzle needle (150). The nozzle needle (150) corresponds with a nozzle spring (180). The injection valve also has an intermediate plate (50) and a valve plate (60), a high-pressure line (30) and a control chamber (190), which high-pressure line is connected to the control chamber (190) by means of an inlet throttle (130). The control chamber is connected to a valve chamber (210) by means of a fluid passage (200), which valve chamber contains a valve body (220), which is connected to a transfer pin (120), which is connected to an actuator (90), which is preloaded by a wave spring (80). The transfer pin (120) is fit into the valve body (220) with little play such that a sealing gap (250) is formed between the transfer pin and the valve body (220). The valve body has boreholes (230), which connect the valve chamber (210) to the sealing gap (250). A coupling chamber (260) is formed between the transfer pin (120) and the valve body (220), which coupling chamber is connected to the valve chamber (210) by means of the sealing gap (250) and by means of the boreholes (230). The sealing gap (250) is so small that there is a fluid connection between the coupling chamber (260) and the valve chamber (210), and no fluid is exchanged between the coupling chamber (260) and the valve chamber (210) during the time of the valve actuation. A valve seat (290) is provided between the valve body (220) and the intermediate plate (50), and an outlet throttle (300) is provided in the transfer pin (120), which outlet throttle is connected to boreholes (280) in the transfer pin (120), which boreholes connect the outlet throttle (300) to the valve seat (290). |
