An independent claim is included for a concrete, a mortar, an injection mortar, a fiber reinforced cement composite material and the Portland cement composition produced by the method. Verfahren zur Herstellung einer komplexen Beimengung und Zementzusammensetzung, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine mineralische Komponente mit einer wässrigen Lösung einer Netzmittelkomponente (Benetzungsmittel) vermengt ist, wobei die so ausgebildete komplexe Beimengung mit einer Portlandzementkomponente in einem Verhältnis der Zementkomponente zur komplexen Beimengung von ungefähr 10000:1 bis 1:10 zusammengesetzt ist.
