Zusammenfassung:	The pump has two conveying elements (10, 12) combined with gear wheels (15, 16). A control element controls a capacity of the pump. The conveying elements are rotated in a first rotation plane. The control element is rotated in a second rotation plane, where the first rotation plane is laterally displaced at the second rotation plane. A pump casing is provided in the pump. The conveying elements and the control element are arranged in a chamber. The chamber comprises a cylinder-sleeve-shaped wall for turning a bearing of inner spline external gears and the control element. Die Erfindung betrifft eine Rotationskolbenpumpe (14) mit zwei Förderelementen (10, 12) in Form miteinander kämmender Zahnräder (15, 16), wobei zur Steuerung einer Förderleistung ein Steuerelement (38) vorgesehen ist, wobei die Förderelemente (10, 12) in einer ersten Rotationsebene (40) rotieren und wobei das Steuerelement (38) in einer zu der ersten Rotationsebene (40) seitlich versetzten zweiten Rotationsebene (42) verdrehbar ist.
