Zusammenfassung:	The belt system (10) has a belt band (13) and a connecting element (14) which is fixed at a patient bed in a fixed manner, where the belt band is connected with the connecting element. The belt band is available in a pre-assembly state as a band manufactured over its entire length in an uniform manner. the band is cut on a specific assembly length. The connecting element is made from an x-ray transparent plastic, particularly polyethylene, polyurethane or polyetheretherketone. Ein Gurtsystem (10) zur Sicherung eines Patienten (5) auf einer Patientenliege (3) wird angegeben. Das Gurtsystem (10) umfasst ein Gurtband (13) sowie ein Verbindungselement (14), das an der Patientenliege (3) befestigbar ist. Das Gurtband (13) ist in einem Montagezustand lösbar mit dem Verbindungselement (14) verbunden. Dieses Gurtsystem (10) ist besonders rationell und flexibel an unterschiedliche Anforderungen anpassbar.
