Zusammenfassung:	The method involves providing a decorative layer (2) and introducing micro hollow bodies in a sectional manner, where a tensile strength of the decorative layer is reduced by the micro hollow bodies. The micro hollow bodies are introduced only along a tear line (6) of the decorative layer. The tensile strength is reduced in a planar area of the decorative layer, particularly the overall decorative layer, by the introduction of the micro hollow bodies. Independent claims are included for the following: (1) an airbag cover with a support; and (2) a vehicle interior cover part, which has airbag. Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Airbagabdeckung (1) mit den Schritten: - Bereitstellen einer Dekorschicht (2) - zumindest bereichsweises Einbringen von Mikrohohlkörpern (7), wobei durch die Mikrohohlkörper (7) eine Reißfestigkeit der Dekorschicht (2) reduziert wird. Durch das Einbringen der Mikrohohlkörper wird auf einfache Weise eine Schwächung erzeugt, die auch nach mehrjähriger Alterung der Airbagabdeckung unsichtbar bleibt.
