Zusammenfassung:The valve (72) has a closure part for closing a channel, which opens into a volume storage in a pressure chamber in inside of a camshaft adjusting device. The closure part is movably formed at an end of a bending joist (94) connectable with the camshaft adjusting device. The bending joist is bent in an unloaded state and expands from the closure part to bending points. The bending joist is provided with a recess and composed of flexible material such as sheet metal or plastic strip. A circular lamina (96) is formed to a fastening region (92) at an opposite end of the bending joist. An independent claim is also included for a camshaft adjusting device. Die Erfindung betrifft ein Rückschlagventil (72) mit einem Verschlussteil (96) zum Absperren eines Kanals (88), der in einem Nockenwellenversteller (4) einen Volumenspeicher (70) in eine Druckkammer (44) hinein öffnet, wobei das Verschlussteil (96) beweglich an einem Ende eines mit dem Nockenwellenversteller verbindbaren Biegebalkens (94) ausgebildet ist. Der Biegebalken (94) ist im unbelasteten Zustand wenigstens einmal abgebogen.
