The tool (10) has an actuating device (2) i.e. advancing lever, actuated for producing a discharge volume of a flowable medium (11), where the discharge volume is dispensed from a discharge opening (9) during operation of the tool and applied on an associated adhesive surface (52). A cleaning device (15) cleans the adhesive surface, and is designed according to a type of an atmospheric pressure-plasma cleaning device. The cleaning device includes a chamber (24) with a plasma discharge opening (20) for discharging a plasma radiation (21).
