Zusammenfassung: | The marker substance has a reactive group and a carrier material having two pieces of a subunit. The pieces are connected with one another by a peptide bond. The sub-unit has amino acid with a hetero element-containing reporter groups. The hetero element is any chemical element other than hydrogen, carbon, nitrogen and oxygen. The subunit is a peptide. The reporter group comprises a chelating agent, a complexing agent and ion exchanger. A substrate is provided a thiocarbonyl group or a thioether bond. Independent claims are included for the following: (1) a method for preparing a marker substance; (2) a detection reagent comprises molecule or fragment of a molecule selected under an antibody that comprises immunoglobulin G, immunoglobulin M, immunoglobulin E, avidin, biotin, enzyme, enzyme substrate, hormone, protein A, protein G, receptor and streptavidin; (3) an analysis method for qualitative and quantitative detection of an analyte in a sample; (4) an immunoassay selected from enzyme immunoassay, enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay, radioimmunoassay, immunoblot, western blot, southern blot or microarray; and (5) a method for retracking and covered individual marking of a biomolecule.
