Zusammenfassung:	The door has a door carrier element made of fiber-reinforced plastic, and a door covering (12) fastened to the carrier element. The door covering is formed in shell construction with an outer door covering part (16) and an inner door covering part (10), where one of the covering parts is made of metallic material i.e. light metal alloy. The other covering part is made of fiber-reinforced plastic i.e. organic sheet. The covering parts are connected with one another by sticking or laser welding, where the inner covering part has a U-shaped frame. Die Erfindung betrifft eine Tür für einen Kraftwagen, mit einem Türträgerelement (26), an welchem eine Türbeplankung (12) befestigt ist, die in Schalenbauweise mit einem äußeren Türbeplankungsteil (16) und einem inneren Türbeplankungsteil (10) ausgebildet ist, wobei wenigstens eines der Türbeplankungsteile (10, 16) aus einem metallischen Werkstoff gebildet ist.
