Zusammenfassung:	The vehicle has a pedestrian protection device designed as partially automatic positionable windscreen (2) provided with a predetermined detect event. A carrier element (4) is extensible with the predetermined detect event at a lower edge (2.1) of the windscreen that is connected to a car body. The lower edge of the windscreen is attached to the car body by an inflatable air cushion. A bond is formed between a top edge and the car body when installing the windscreen. The windscreen is firmly secured at the carrier element by an adhesive (5).
