Zusammenfassung: | The component (1) has a coil (3) provided with a contact (4) and placed in a U-shaped work area (5). A pole core (6) is arranged in a magnet case at quiescent state. A core component is located in the pole core and the magnet case. Electromagnets (2) are provided with a latch (10) that is made of plastic. A planar stop unit is fixed with the core component. The latch is divided into portions (12) that are assigned to each electromagnet and connected with film hinges (13). A front leg is placed in the U-shaped work area. An independent claim is also included for a method for manufacturing an electromagnet component.
Aufgabe: Eine Mehrzahl von Elektromagneten (2) ist zu einer Baugruppe (1) zusammenzufassen, wobei die Elektromagnete mit sehr geringer Hysterese arbeiten und die Spulen (3) der Elektromagnete von Fluid umströmt werden sollen. Lösung: Die Elektromagnete (2) sind durch einen Riegel (10) aus Kunststoff verbunden und dazu sind die Bügel (5) teilweise mit dem Material des Riegels (10) umspritzt und der Riegel enthält einen flächigen Anschlag (11) für die Kernbaugruppe (9).
