Zusammenfassung:	Depleting dissolved volatile components in beverages, comprises: passing a liquid beverage sample containing at least one dissolved volatile component, via at least one membrane module having at least one microporous-, semipermeable membrane, which has a sample side and a permeate side, preferably passing the beverage sample on the sample side of the microporous-, semi-permeable membrane, and passing a gas stream on the permeate side of the microporous-, semi-permeable membrane, to reduce the partial pressure of the dissolved volatile component at the permeate side. An independent claim is also included for an apparatus for depleting dissolved volatile components in the beverages, comprising (a) at least one conveying unit for liquid beverage samples, (b) at least one feed for a gas stream, (c) at least one membrane module having at least one micro-porous-, semi-permeable membrane, and (d) at least one analysis unit for analytical determination of the beverage sample.
