Zusammenfassung: | The method comprises applying a foam-shaped adhesive bead to a receiving area of a carrier component, placing a diaphragm component (16) on the carrier component provided with the foam-shaped adhesive bead, and pressing the diaphragm component and the carrier component provided with the adhesive bead for a predeterminable period of time. A bonding agent is applied to the receiving area before applying the adhesive bead to the receiving area. The receiving area is flamed and/or plasma-irradiated before the applying step. The carrier and diaphragm components are welded to one another. The method comprises applying a foam-shaped adhesive bead to a receiving area of a carrier component, placing a diaphragm component (16) on the carrier component provided with the foam-shaped adhesive bead, and pressing the diaphragm component and the carrier component provided with the adhesive bead for a predeterminable period of time. A bonding agent is applied to the receiving area before applying the adhesive bead to the receiving area. The receiving area is flamed and/or plasma-irradiated before the applying step. The carrier and diaphragm components are welded to one another by an ultrasonic welding process after the placing step. The method further comprises passing webs, through openings formed in the carrier component, formed on an inner side of the diaphragm component during the placing step. The webs are melted during welding. The adhesive bead made of two-component polyurethane adhesive is applied on the receiving area of the carrier component.
