Zusammenfassung: | The apparatus comprises a cylindrical evaporator with a specially shaped inlet pipe (E), by which a superheated liquid to be evaporated is sprayed on a wall (V) of the cylindrical evaporator based on the regulated pressure in the evaporator so that a vortex is formed in the evaporator and droplet entrainment is prevented. The inlet pipe: is attached above half the height of the evaporator; bends from the inner radius of the evaporator shell toward the evaporator inner wall at a bending angle of 30-70[deg] ; and is installed in the evaporator through a nozzle. The apparatus comprises a cylindrical evaporator with a specially shaped inlet pipe (E), by which a superheated liquid to be evaporated is sprayed on a wall (V) of the cylindrical evaporator based on the regulated pressure in the evaporator so that a vortex is formed in the evaporator and droplet entrainment is prevented. The inlet pipe: is attached above half the height of the evaporator; bends from the inner radius of the evaporator shell toward the evaporator inner wall at a bending angle of 30-70[deg] ; and is installed in the evaporator through a nozzle, where a distance (Y) of the a nozzle position for the central positioning relative to the cylindrical evaporator jacket lies between 1/3 to 2/3 of evaporator radius. The straight length of the inlet tube is chosen so that the length is sufficient for mounting to the inner radius of the evaporator shell. The employed inlet pipe ends at a liquid outlet having a straight pipe section, and has the length of 0.5-2 times of the diameter of the inlet tube. The liquid is not tangentially passed in the direction of the evaporator wall to the evaporator, and the angle between the extension of the straight end of the inlet and the tangent to the evaporator wall is 50-70[deg] . The inlet pipe is connected: to the evaporator via a detachable connection such as a flange connection or a fixed connection; and with the feed line for the superheated liquid via a detachable connection or the fixed connection. The absolute pressure in the apparatus is 50 mbar, and atmospheric pressure is set. The evaporator is made of enameled steel.
