Zusammenfassung:The electric motor has a rotor rotated around a rotor axis. A stator (12) is arranged in a pot-shaped housing portion (1) and connected with the housing portion in a force-fit manner. A bearing (3) of a rotor shaft (9) is arranged at a bottom part of the housing portion. The housing portion comprises a bearing seat in which an outer ring of the bearing is received. A terminal box is formed as a single-piece component at the housing portion, where a base part of the terminal box is formed as a single-piece component with a pot wall of the housing portion. An independent claim is also included for a method for manufacturing an electric motor.
