Zusammenfassung:	The pressure piece (16) has two pressure parts, which are mutually moved. An elastic element (18) is provided between the both pressure piece parts, where a pressure piece upper part (12) and a pressure piece lower part (14) are provided. The elastic element is manufactured as O-ring of an elastic material. The elastic element is made of a cold-optimized material and a heat-stable material. An independent claim is included for a rack and pinion bearing for steering system of a motor vehicle. Es werden ein Druckstück (16) für eine Zahnstangenlagerung (10) und eine solche Zahnstangenlagerung (10) vorgestellt. Das Druckstück (16) umfasst mindestens zwei Druckstückteile, die zueinander zu bewegen sind. Zwischen den mindestens zwei Druckstückteilen ist wenigstens ein elastisches Element (18) vorgesehen.
