Zusammenfassung: | Disposable bioreactor (1) comprises a sensor system comprising several sensors (3) that are kept on the surface of a medium (6) by a floating structured material (7) with the help of holding elements at predetermined positions on the surface of the medium. Independent claims are also included for: (1) the container for the disposable bioreactor, where the container is provided with the structured material in internal space that is designed so that the structured material floats on the surface of the medium, when the container is filled with the medium, and the sensors are kept on the surface of the medium at predetermined positions by receiving elements, when the sensors are inserted into the receiving elements; and (2) the disposable sensor for use in the container, where the disposable sensor is designed so that the structured material is inserted into the receiving element , and the sensor is kept with the help of the structural material at predetermined position on the surface of the medium.
Die Erfindung betrifft einen Einweg-Bioreaktor (1) mit einem Sensorsystem mit einer Vielzahl von Sensoren (3, 4, 5), die durch ein an der Oberfläche eines Mediums (6) schwimmendes, strukturiertes Material (7) mit Hilfe von Aufnahmeelementen (24...28) an vorbestimmten Positionen gehalten sind. Durch die Positionierung der Sensoren (3, 4, 5) kann ein horizontales Profil von Messwerten einer Prozessg) uber Halter (15, 16) für Sensorelemente (17, 18) in verschiedenen Eintauchtiefen verfügen, ein vertikales Profil ermittelt werden. Da Antennen (9, 10, 11) der Sensoren (3, 4, 5) sich oberhalb der Oberflache des Mediums (6) befinden, bestehen optimale Bedingungen fur eine Funkkommunikation zur Ubertragung der Messwerte. |
