The supporting profiles are used as support structures, which respectively exhibit an attachment surface stripped to the contour course of reflector rear side. The attachment structure extends parallel to the longitudinal center axis of the respective supporting profiles support structure. Preparing a curved reflector (2) provided with at least one support structure (3) for a solar thermal plant, comprises connecting a curved, a convex rear side exhibiting reflector with at least one support structure by sticking. The supporting profiles are used as support structures, which respectively exhibit an attachment surface stripped to the contour course of reflector rear side. The attachment structure extends parallel to the longitudinal center axis of the respective supporting profiles support structure. The linear adhesive beads associated with the attachment surfaces area arranged on the reflector rear side and/or the supporting profiles support structure of linear adhesive beads are arranged on the attachment surfaces. The reflector on the one hand and the supporting profiles support structure or the respective supporting profile support structure on the other hand are bound together after the adhesive bead application and is fixed relative to each other until at least one partial cure of the adhesive takes place. An independent claim is also included for the curved reflector for the solar thermal plant adhered with the support structure on it, is prepared by the above mentioned method.
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines mit mindestens einem Stützträger versehenen gewölbten Reflektors (2, 2.1, 2.2, 2.3, 2.4) für eine solarthermische Anlage, bei dem ein gewölbter, eine konvexe Rückseite aufweisender Reflektor durch Kleben mit mindestens einem Stützträger verbunden wird.
