The material has a connection between a polyethylene foam film and a mineral layer such that individual threads, filaments or fibers of the mineral layer are welded with the film in an under-welded part of the mineral layer. The individual threads, filaments or fibers are made to stick together partly with the film by a pressure roller. A covering layer covers the film and the mineral layer. Nach der Erfindung wird zur Ausbildung einer Dehnungsfuge im Estrich vor dem Vergießen von Flüssigestrich ein nachgiebiger Streifen aus Kunststoffschaum aufgestellt, der zur Verbindung mit dem Estrich mit Einzelfäde, Einzelfilamenten oder Einzelfasern versehen ist.
