Zusammenfassung:The fresh air intake hose (1) for the connection with a combustion engine, comprises a first and a third hose section (2, 4), which are formed as connection parts on components of the combustion engine, made of a heat-resistant plastic material, where a second hose section (3) made of heat-resistant material is locally formed between the first and the third hose sections. The second hose section comprises throughflow openings, where a sound- and thermal insulating and air-tight vibration elastic material is arranged on an inner- and/or outer side of the hose sections. The fresh air intake hose (1) for the connection with a combustion engine, comprises a first and a third hose section (2, 4), which are formed as connection parts on components of the combustion engine, made of a heat-resistant plastic material, where a second hose section (3) made of heat-resistant material is locally formed between the first and the third hose sections. The second hose section is formed of a thermoformable plastic, and comprises throughflow openings, where a sound- and thermal insulating and air-tight vibration elastic material is arranged on an inner- and/or outer side of the hose sections. The thermoformable plastic of the second hose section is a polyamide such as PA 6/X-hydroiodic acid, or polyurethane or an elastomer-modified two-component system with polyurethane. The first and the third hose sections are connected by adhesion or by welding with the second hose section. The throughflow openings have a circular form or a slotted form, a honeycomb form or other suitable form, and are localized uniformly over the surface of the second hose section or on places to expecting voltage recovery. An independent claim is included for a method for the production of a fresh air intake hose.
