A heating device (8) overheats the process gas before flowing through the pre-reformer. The filter system has hydrogenation catalyst (7a) made of cobalt oxides, molybdenum oxide and/or aluminium oxide and adsorber material (7b) made of sodium hydroxide or calcium hydroxide.
